Shipping & Delivery
*All orders will be via registered mail unless otherwise stated (local orders above a certain weight will be via courier) and shipping rates are calculated based on weight vs destination & exact Shipping Charges will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.

Please allow delivery within 3-5 days for Singapore and 7-18 working days for international orders. You will be sent an email with tracking number as soon as it available.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, we will leave a slip with instructions on re-delivery from the courier company.

Privacy & Security
Our customers are our assets, therefore we regard them highly and respect their privacy as much as we preserve ours. All information of customers will not be sold, rent or loan to any third party. Online necessitates that we obtain information in order to process your order. As such, your name, delivery address, phone number, birth date, email, account number are solely for check purposes.
Shopping with Sufyaa is safe and secure. When you place an order, all information will be kept confidential and transmitted using industry standard security measures also known as SSL (secure socket layer encryption). This is designed to ensure accuracy and security of all data logged onto the system. 
The first step to ordering with Sufyaa is to set up an account for easier shopping. Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us and you will have a record of all your purchases.
Pricing & Product
Apart from having fine quality, and stunning styling, our prices are also altered to the comfort level where affordability meets value. Although Sufyaa has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user, and we cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued and prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.
We are able to accept various mode of payments such as ATM transfer, Internet banking, DBS PayLah and Paypal. Once your payment goes through, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. Your order will then be processed and dispatched from our warehouse ready for mailing/courier. Transfers are to be made within 24 hours upon placing order, failing to do so will result in cancelation of order.
We strongly encourage the use of Internet Banking or DBS PayLah for Singapore customers and Paypal for overseas customers.

Stocks are systematically updated on the website however if for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you.
All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products we will reimburse any monies that you might have paid.
Sufyaa VIP
Spend $500 in 3 months either online or in the boutique to be a Sufyaa VIP. When you have accumulated, please email us your full name, identification number, contact number and scanned receipts for our verification to
VIP enjoys 10% (20% on birthday month) off all regular priced items in the showroom and as no cards will be issued, provide us with your identification card before making payment over at the counter. Please note that VIP is non-transferable and no discounts will be given if identifcation card is not presented.
Sufyaa VIP is not applicable on as you may still benefit from the reward points given online.
Returns & Exchange
Products were examined and carefully singled out to the last piece to ensure that items are received in the best possible condition but sometimes things may go wrong and if this happens it is our highest priority to put things right and ensure complete satisfaction. We only allow returns & exchanges for items that are faulty or wrongly sent. Please notify us within 7 days after delivery & items are to be returned in their original condition and once inspected, we will do an exchange via registered mail or refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us at the price you purchased them. For international orders, we are only able to do a refund once items are inspected. Items on Sale are not returnable or exchangeable. Please read terms carefully before making purchases.
From time to time, we will open Pre-Orders for some of our most popular items from past season. We will open the pre-order for a week both online and in the showroom & please allow another 4 weeks (min) for production. We will not be liable for the delay in production and do read our T&C before deciding to place an order. Do note that full payment is needed for Pre-Orders and we will fully refund you should production be cancelled if min order quantity is not met..
